RECIPE: “Chocolate Heaven” Smoothie
- 2 cups nut milk
- 1 tablespoon Cacao Bliss powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon almond butter (or melted coconut oil)
- 1 ripe banana (dice into chunks)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or raw honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- (optional) ¼-½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- (optional) dash of nutmeg
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Add a few ice cubes if desired.
2. Blend everything together until smooth.
Does it get any easier than that!?
If it’s too thick you can add a bit of water. You can easily vary the recipe by adding in some organic berries, or using a different sweetener. Maybe a scoop of protein powder, hemp seeds, or use coconut milk instead of nut milk.
This recipe is so versatile you can easily switch it up and have this chocolate smoothie “meal” every day, guilt free.
