Banana Oat Waffles (or Pancake)

L’eggo your Eggo and enjoy this simple fix from Erin & Dusty Stanczyk instead!

Make: 5-6 // time: 10min

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe freckled banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into waffle iron and close. Allow to sit for about 2 – 3 min and remove waffle.

Easy!!

Note

You can use oil or vegan butter if sticking occurs. Recipe can also be used for pancakes.
