  • Sit or lay comfortably.

  • Now place your tongue against your palate, close your lips, and breathe through your nose.
  • Deeply inhale into your abdomen.
  • Exhale slowly and deeply via a slightly open mouth until your lungs are empty.
  • As you inhale and exhale, concentrate on your breath. If it seems right, count your breaths.

Keep repeating this process until you find your brain relaxing and reaching a calm state. Once you do, imagine yourself healthy, inside out, completely free of all illnesses and ailments. The air that enters your nostrils clears out everything toxic inside your body and releases it with every breath you exhale.

  • Slowly rub the palm of your hands together until they are warm.
  • Next, place your right palm on the top of your heart, on your chest. 
  • Visualize your heart, surrounded by a warm light. That is your body being healed.
  • Then envision that energy is spreading throughout your entire body and thoughts.
  • Send that energy out via your hands to loved ones or the world around you whenever you are ready.

How To Visualize Better Health

  • Sit tall in a chair or cross-legged stance.
  • Deeply inhale and exhale through your nose.
  • Continue to concentrate on deep breathing while letting your thoughts pass by.
  • Begin visualizing a specific result you wish to manifest in your life. For inner healing, try visualizing a bright light surrounding you and healing the affected part of the body. 
  • Make the images as detailed as possible. The more particular you are, the more effective your message will be.
  • Simultaneously, imagine and embody how you will feel after receiving the result. How do you feel? What is your facial expression? What are your emotions? Paint and manifest the picture as real as possible.

How To Incorporate Visualization and Meditation in Your Daily Life

Serena Poon, a world-renowned reiki master, suggests that you make it a point to take at least 20 minutes out of your life to visualize and meditate. Once you feel its benefits, you will not be able to stop. 

Moreover, she suggests that it is better to visualize in the morning and before you go to bed.
